From the moment the transition process begins, Omnicare assigns an integrated onboarding team comprised of a dedicated account manager, operations specialist and expert clinical staff to guide you and your staff from point of sale to go-live, with the option of on-site support during the first three days. Even after initial onboarding is completed, your account manager will continue to provide support and guidance to ensure you experience the full value of our partnership.
